Binary file dump

These AUX2 commands are used to dump the contents of binary files.

Mapdl.dump([nstrt, nstop])	Dumps the contents of a binary file.
Mapdl.fileaux2([fname, ident])	Specifies the binary file to be dumped.
Mapdl.form([lab])	Specifies the format of the file dump.
Mapdl.ptr([loc, base])	Dumps the record of a binary file.
